The client operates retail showrooms, textile trading operations, manufacturing processes, and international business activities. Their ERP system needed to support multiple legal entities while maintaining operational visibility across inventory, purchasing, sales, and accounting.
Challenge
The core challenge was not only a version migration. The client needed a multi-company Odoo environment supporting complex inter-company operations, manufacturing inventory movement, subcontracting, and billing flows for manufactured products. Accounting, inventory, purchase, sales, POS, and website processes had to work together without breaking live operations.
Solution delivered
We supported the client on Odoo 16 for 2+ years, then migrated and expanded the implementation to Odoo 18. The solution included multi-company configuration for two active companies, manufacturing and subcontracting flows, subcontractor billing logic for manufactured products, inventory movement controls, accounting alignment, POS and website refactors, carrier and tax-free retail integrations, OTP login, validated data migration, and ongoing support.
